Our journey starts with a stroll along the picturesque Greenhead Three Bays Walks. Following a refreshing lunch at Dynamite Bay, a highlight of the Three Bays Walks, we head along Indian Ocean Drive, soaking in breathtaking coastal panoramas. On our route to Geraldton, we pause at the mesmerizing Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake, an unmissable sight outside the town. We then proceed to Kalbarri’s captivating coastline, featuring the Natural Bridge, followed by a relaxing walk around Castle Cove. Our day concludes with a tranquil overnight stay in Kalbarri, a serene coastal town where the Murchison River meets the Indian Ocean.

We set off early to witness the splendour of the Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window, and the Kalbarri Skywalk. Our exploration takes us to the Hawkes Head Lookout in Kalbarri National Park, offering a stunning view of the Murchison Gorge’s sandstone-carved landscapes. If it’s spring, the area bursts into wildflowers. Lunch and refreshments are available at the iconic Billabong Roadhouse (costs borne by guests), a landmark that has welcomed travellers since 1962. Next, we visit the unique Shell Beach, which is composed entirely of tiny shells. Our day culminates at the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort on the beach in the World Heritage Listed Shark Bay area. Here, dolphins are frequent visitors. Optional activities include kayaking, beach relaxation, or spotting local wildlife like turtles, dugongs, emus, and kangaroos.

Next, we marvel at the breathtaking cliff views over Shark Bay from Eagle Bluff, with chances to spot sharks, turtles, rays, and other marine life. Lunch will be available for purchase at the Overlander Roadhouse. Our day continues with photo opportunities at Galena Bridge and Coronation Beach before we head towards our final overnight stay in the coastal town of Geraldton.

Next, we visit the quaint seaside town of Cervantes for a delightful lunch at the renowned WA Lobster Shack, followed by a guided tour of their lobster factory. Our adventure leads us to the fascinating Nambung National Park, where we explore the unique and mystical Pinnacles Desert. The final leg of our journey is a relaxing drive through scenic countryside, culminating with our return to Perth, with drop-offs starting around 6.30 pm.
